Monthly Maintenance
From $199/moSolvendix runs and looks after everything your product needs — domain, hosting, and the AI/LLM API under our own accounts, plus ongoing uptime monitoring, bug fixes, small improvements, security updates, and regular traffic and usage analysis — so there's nothing technical for you to manage and the system keeps running well as your business grows. If your traffic or AI usage grows well beyond typical levels, we'll tell you before any increase, backed by a usage report — never a surprise on an existing bill.
Payment & Guarantee
Your first invoice — Implementation plus your first month of Maintenance — is billed 30% upfront and 70% at final delivery, so your system launches fully covered. After that, Maintenance renews automatically each month on its own. If Solvendix is ever unable to deliver what was agreed, your full 30% advance is refunded. Full terms in our Terms & Conditions.
