Privacy Policy
Effective: April 2026 · Solvendix
Introduction
Solvendix ("we", "our", "us") builds productized AI automation systems for US service businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights regarding it.
Solvendix is operated by Lawrence Amlan Gomes from Dhaka, Bangladesh. We serve clients primarily in the United States and process data in accordance with applicable US and international data protection standards.
By using our website or engaging us as a service provider, you agree to the practices described here. Questions: contact hello@solvendix.lawrenceamlangomes.com.
What Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to deliver our services:
- Name and email address — submitted when you book a call or contact us
- Phone number — when provided for follow-up or service delivery
- Business name, website, and industry — to tailor our service to your operations
- EIN (Employer Identification Number) and legal business details — required only for clients who launch SMS-based services, used solely for A2P 10DLC carrier registration
- Information you share voluntarily — during calls, emails, or onboarding forms
- End-customer data processed by deployed systems (e.g. caller phone numbers, conversation transcripts) — handled per the data processing terms in your service agreement
We do not collect health records, payment card data, or government-issued IDs through this website.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule calls
- Build, deploy, and operate the services you engage us for
- Send service-related updates, performance reports, and account communications
- Improve our services based on aggregate usage patterns
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing campaigns outside the scope of our engagement with you.
Third-Party Services We Use
To deliver our services we rely on the following third-party providers. Each has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf only for the purposes listed:
- Google Calendar — to read availability and create appointments on behalf of your business when you authorize calendar access
- Anthropic Claude API — to power the AI conversations and reasoning in our deployed systems. Conversation data is sent to Anthropic for inference and is subject to Anthropic's data handling policies
- Cal.com — to schedule the discovery calls booked via our website
- Resend — to send transactional and operational emails (confirmations, reports, account notices)
- Brevo — to send email communications to prospective clients and for transactional client messaging
- SMS carriers and A2P 10DLC registry providers — to send SMS messages on behalf of clients who use SMS-based services
We choose providers that meet reasonable security and data protection standards. Where applicable, we sign data processing agreements with these providers.
A2P 10DLC and SMS Compliance
Sending SMS to US recipients requires A2P 10DLC registration with US carriers. For clients using SMS-based services, we collect your business EIN, legal name, registered address, and website to complete this filing through our messaging provider.
This information is shared only with the messaging provider and the carrier registry for the sole purpose of brand and campaign verification. End-customer phone numbers processed through deployed systems are used only to send the messages your business has authorized (booking confirmations, follow-ups, missed-call recovery), are never sold, and are never used for unrelated marketing.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide the services and meet legal obligations:
- Inquiry data (name, email, business details from contact forms): up to 24 months from last interaction
- Active client account and operational data: for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months
- Conversation transcripts handled by deployed systems: per the retention term in your service agreement (typically 90 days unless your business requires longer for compliance)
- Billing and tax records: 7 years where required by US tax law
On request we will delete personal data we hold, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, including encrypted communication channels, access controls, and least-privilege access for any team or contractor who handles client data.
No system is completely secure. If you have specific security concerns, contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations
- Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.
