Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Solvendix website and services. Solvendix is operated by Lawrence Amlan Gomes from Dhaka, Bangladesh, serving clients primarily in the United States. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Solvendix provides productized AI automation systems for service businesses, including but not limited to AI booking assistants and missed-call patient recovery systems. The specific scope of each service is described on the corresponding service page and formalized in a service agreement upon purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your business to purchase our services. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are displayed on the relevant service pages. Setup fees are billed at purchase. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location.

To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, including EIN and legal business details where required
• Grant the integrations and permissions described in the service onboarding (e.g. Google Calendar access)
• Respond to onboarding requests in a reasonable timeframe
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including SMS marketing regulations such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM
• Not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing hello@solvendix.lawrenceamlangomes.com. Service continues through the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

All content on the Solvendix website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Solvendix or its licensors. Custom AI training data, prompts, and configurations developed for a client remain the property of Solvendix, licensed to the client for use while their subscription is active.

Client business content (service descriptions, FAQs, branding) provided during onboarding remains the property of the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvendix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as a particular number of bookings, recovered appointments, or revenue increases. Performance depends on many factors including the client's industry, website traffic, and follow-through.

Our services integrate with third-party providers including Anthropic Claude, Google Calendar, Resend, Brevo, Cal.com, and SMS carriers. We are not responsible for outages, data practices, or policy changes of these third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for any client who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, issues unwarranted chargebacks, or uses our service in ways that risk our business relationships with third-party providers (such as violating SMS carrier rules).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith discussion first, and if unresolved, through arbitration or the appropriate courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
