Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Solvendix provides refunds for setup fees and monthly subscriptions. By purchasing any Solvendix service, you agree to the terms below.
Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)
Setup fees cover the one-time engineering, configuration, and deployment work required to launch your service. Because this work begins immediately after purchase and involves significant time and third-party costs (carrier registration, domain configuration, AI training, and infrastructure provisioning), setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you cancel before any setup work has started, you may request a full refund of the setup fee within 48 hours of purchase by emailing hello@solvendix.lawrenceamlangomes.com.
Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming month of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.
Monthly subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. Partial-month refunds are not issued. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Service Failures
If Solvendix fails to deliver the agreed service due to an issue on our end — such as extended downtime, failure to complete onboarding within the promised timeframe, or technical issues we cannot resolve — we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable period, we will issue a prorated refund or service credit at our discretion.
This does not cover issues caused by the client's own systems, third-party service outages outside our control, or changes requested after the scope of work has been agreed.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly at hello@solvendix.lawrenceamlangomes.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We aim to resolve all legitimate billing issues within 5 business days.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of service and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the terms above, email hello@solvendix.lawrenceamlangomes.com with your business name, the service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect any changes. Purchases made before a policy change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
